Ordering
If you are under 18 years, you have to obtain parental permission before purchasing from our website. Check out the company disclaimer for the use of information, product and services of our website. All images are aimed to be viewed as illustrations it is not guaranteed to be exactly the appearance and characteristics.
Payment
VAT is included in all prices, but shipping cost will be added if necessary. Payment is made by Invoice payment, card payments, or PayPal over the Internet. We use CertiTrade payment system (www.certitrade.net), which allows payment by Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express.
No extra fee is charged to you for card payment and PayPal. For Invoice payment there will be extra cost of SEK12,00 for each order.
Any delay in payment are charged interest at 2% per month from the due date
Shipping and Cancellations
Orders received before at. 12:00 on Monday to Thursday will be processed the same day for delivery within 2 working days. Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday.
Cancellation after delivery is not possible. In the case that orders have been dispatched, you have to receive your order. Cancellation of customized product or service purchased is not possible.
Cancellation is not valid until you received confirmation from us by e-mail.
Ownership right is reserved
All goods remain Lar Fishing property until full payment is made.
Liability for Defects
We are responsible for errors in delivery for limited conditions. We have no direct or indirect responsibility for delivery delays of post, website downtime, data loss, or other economic conditions.

Force Majeure
Events such as war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, government decisions, failed deliveries from subcontractors, costly event, and comparable event outside our control, which have not reasonably been foreseen, is attributed to force majeure, which means we are obliged to neglect the agreement.
Other
We have the right to amend any information, including prices, specifications and product offerings without prior notice. In the case that you previously ordered deleted item and it is out of stock, either we cancel your order or ship similar product after getting your confirmation.
